White-label PDF Reports
VIP accounts can replace all Shieldome branding in generated PDF scan reports with their own agency identity. Clients receive a professional report that shows only your brand.
White-label reports are a VIP-tier feature. Upgrade your account from Settings → Plans to enable them.
Configure report branding
Open Settings → Report White-labeling. You can set:

| Agency / Company Name | Replaces "Shieldome" in the report header, footer, and cover page |
| Logo | PNG or SVG, max 500 KB - shown on the cover page and page header |
| Primary Color | Hex color used for headings, severity bars, and table headers |
| Contact / Footer text | Custom text shown in the PDF footer (e.g., your website, support email) |
Click Save. All future PDFs generated from your account will use the new branding. Existing reports are not regenerated automatically - re-download the PDF from scan history after saving.
Using your report logo for badges
If you have not uploaded a separate badge logo, the report logo is used automatically as a fallback for the White-label Badge. This means you only need to upload the logo once if both badge and report should use the same image.
Delivering reports to clients
- Download the PDF directly from the Scan Details page (📄 Download Report button).
- Share the public scan summary link - it shows the grade and findings without exposing your Shieldome account.
- For fully automated delivery, use the REST API to trigger scans and fetch PDF reports programmatically.
